So when I decided to go plant based I make the promise to myself to not become obsessed with my weight or the way I looked — I was only going to be focused on my health and how I felt and I was going to let my weight do whatever it was going to do naturally, and that I’d only check it once a month — I dropped 10 lbs the first month! I decided to make the transition before you announced the release of your program, but I wasn’t doing as great as I knew I could.

Immediately after starting to follow your program I saw a difference in my energy levels, my mood, my digestion, everything!! Your meal plans and recipes are delicious and so simple, and you’re always there for me to answer any questions I have about veganism and the plant based lifestyle! But in my opinion that’s not even the best part — I can tell that the friendship I have developed with you over the past month is a real friendship that is going to last!!

You’re such a genuine, kind, beautiful person and I am so happy that I have you on my side throughout my vegan journey! I am just so in love with your entire philosophy on life & so grateful and appreciative for your program. I’m going to stop now before I write an entire novel — so so much love for you Stella!!!

Before going planet based I was always cycling through the different fad diets and workouts — juice cleanses, low fat, low carb, high protein, protein shakes, etc etc.. long, heavy workouts at the gym, sometimes multiple times a day.. Sometimes I wouldn’t even lose weight from what I was doing!! I would just become obsessed over my weight and miserable.

I first came across Stella✨ on her YouTube channel, I never knew what being vegan was all about until I watched her videos.. The meals and foods she was eating were so appealing to me that I became very interested in this lifestyle.. Her program is not only simple and fun.. It’s so informative and structured that it made my transition very easy! Working out is fun again because I no longer dread doing it; i’m always so full of energy!

Proud to say this is my first and only new years resolution come to life. Stella is one of the most sweetest and down to earth women that i’ve ever encountered.. She helps you better yourself is the most healthiest way possible! Simple life changes turned into amazing results for me.

I was always “skinny-fat” meaning I ate what I wanted but never gained large amounts of weight, just awkward flabby areas. Within the first 2 weeks I noticed a change in my stomach that i’ve never experienced.. My gut had diminished and I could see my abs coming through finally. My stomach was so flat all the time and all feelings of bloating/upset stomach were gone entirely. And the best part was that I was eating even more than I had been before!!

Being an animal lover and working in the animal industry, it is so rewarding for me to know that I no longer participate in any kind of cruelty/negativity towards animals. <3

Transitioning to Vegan is truly an amazing thing and I recommend it to everybody in my life. If you’re looking for a change in your life but not too sure what kind of change, seriously consider Stellas program. Her program was absolutely incredible, delicious and such an easy transition!! Stella would check in every week and answer whenever I had a question! She was always supportive and helped me switch up any recipes I didn’t acquire a taste for!

After thirty days I have lost seven lbs, my skin has cleared up, my mood is so much better my sleep is better as well as my digestion and energy! I can’t even begin to describe the positive lifestyle being plant based has given me all with the help of Stella and her program!

First of all, there is a meal plan, tons of recipes and a provided grocery list for your first week. In addition to this, when Stella says she’s around 24/7 for questions/help/guidance she isn’t kidding. I text her when I buy groceries, cook, go shopping for blenders, and even when I just want some good recipes and vegan websites. She’s extremely helpful and makes transitioning to plant-based vegan a breeze! In addition to this, she’s instructive but never in a condescending or judgemental way.

On top of this, each plan is 100% customized for the person using it! I’m currently a full-time student with two part-time jobs (working in a research laboratory and as a student program developer at my university) so she helped me adjust my plan to fit my lifestyle of constantly being on the go.

Stella has personally sent me tons of youtube videos, recipes, and websites on meal-prep and vegan meals that I can bring on the go! The best part is she stays in touch even after your month is up. I now have a reliable person as not only my friend but someone I can go to for anything vegan-related whether I need motivation to curb my cravings or just someone to chat with, Stella is there for me and I think that’s a huge component in the key to a successful transition into this lifestyle.

Finally, from my personal experience, going vegan has become second nature now, I’m buying the right foods, eating the right amount, and I feel better than ever! After one month my skin has cleared up, I’m more awake in the mornings and I’ve lost a few inches around my waist and thighs. This is such an incredible lifestyle and I’m so glad I discovered it and have Stella to coach me through it!

This truly is an amazing program and I would recommend it to anyone who is considering going vegan or even learning more about what it’s like to be plant-based. You definitely get your money’s worth and more!

This programme has helped me overcome years of battling eating disorders and exercise addictions. It has made me the happiest and healthiest I have ever been and has given me a new found love of food and a love for life! my mental health and physical body have never been better!

It has given me a passion for Veganism and plant based living and I cannot thank Stella enough for always being there to answer my silly questions and to calm my fears and worries! Instead of struggling to eat anything, I can now eat bowls of banana icecream and great salads and feel amazing! 

Not only has this programme changed my life, but it has changed my entire families too! After seeing how their underweight and ill daughter has become a healthy, fit and happy motivated ball of energy! My parents have now gone plant based for their health after seeing the amazing results and glow I have gained from the programme!

This honestly has changed my life for the better and I do not know if I would still be here today if I had not made the change and followed Stella’s programme. 

After only a few days, my parents are already losing weight, enjoying their food more and not worrying about the thousands of restrictive diets they have been on previously!

I cannot spread the message of this lifestyle enough! I recommend it for everyone and anyone. Whether you are old, young, have an eating disorder, are overweight or just fed up with having no energy: this is the lifestyle for you!

Stella really is their to guide you through everything and her ebooks are filled with some of the best advice and recipes I have ever seen. Seriously, some of her creations are pure masterpeices and are amazingly good for you too! Sure to convert even the most fussy eaters!

This is an investment into your health and happiness and is too reasonable not to follow! I am a poor student but the investment was 100% worth it! Cannot thank Stella enough for changing my whole families health and happiness and for giving me a reason to keep living and striving!
