    I’ve been one of those girls that’s in the gym 6 days a week sometimes twice a day, restricting my food then bingeing at night because my body needs nourishment. I’ve been the girl that throws up her food cause she thought she ate too much and the cycle just continued and continued. I slowly started eliminating animal products over a years time before truly seeing the ethical side which made me go full plant based vegan all together. I stumbled across Stella’s Instagram and I saw how amazing she looked and felt and I thought wow there must be a way to do less to my body when it comes to forced and strenuous workouts and do more nourishing of my body and I should see weight fall off of me right? Or at least feel better and not look stupid when I tell doctors all of these symptoms I’m having and they tell me all tests are normal when it’s really just my body begging me for rest and begging me for nourishment of the right food. I decided to buy the earth to mouth ebook to help reassure my body dysmorphia mind that if Stella went through it, and has more than benefited from this lifestyle I can to. I highly recommend this ebook for recipes and advice, I highly recommend following Stella’s lifestyle. I have never felt better, and it was the light in the tunnel I needed when in doubt about carbs or amounts or counting calories. You don’t need any of that.
