Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie Whip + Caramelized Bananas!

This could be a breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or DESSERT! The healthiest ice cream you will ever eat + the caramelized bananas are like eating straight CANDY!!

Make sure you make the caramelized bananas FIRST and banana whip SECOND (so the whip doesn’t melt!) …
5 Minute Caramelized Bananas:
Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- Splash of Vanilla
- Tbsp of maple syrup
Instructions:
- Heat a nonstick pan on med/high heat.
- Drop in vanilla and maple syrup.
- Dice in bananas
- Let cook // stirring occasionally until bananas become soft and gooey (around 3-5 min!)
- Turn heat off and let sit while you make the whip!
Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie Whip:
Ingredients:
- 3/4 medium sized frozen bananas
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1-2 TBSP peanut butter
- Food processor or high speed blender
- Optional: freeze zucchini and add in for an extra serving of veg!
Instructions:
- Place it all in your blender and blend (don’t over blend and try not to add any liquid for a creamy whip texture!)
- You can always use more liquid if you don’t have the right machine and have this as a thick smoothie bowl!
Assemble the bowl and add any other toppings like: walnuts, cinnamon, raisins, more syrup etc!
