Healthy Cookie Dough

I have made this before and eaten it as a topping for banana whip – like choco chip cookie dough ice cream.. it is great as a snack or topping for oats, banana whip etc!
Ingredients:
- 15 oz can organic/no salt chick peas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- choco chips (optional!)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except the choco chips in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Stir in choco chips by hand.
- Chill in the fridge for about an hour!
NOTE: Make sure to rinse chick peas very well .. and you can peel them for a smoothie texture but that is also a lot of work 😛
